Shipping Method
Do you ship products, and what does it cost?
Yes. Calsyn & Sons ships rug pads, kitchen mats, stair runners, and bathroom mats directly to your door. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How do you ship?
Orders are shipped via USPS / UPS / FedEx. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information from the carrier.
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add the items you’d like to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, and you’re done — you’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
Shipping Time
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress with the carrier.
Why hasn’t my tracking information updated?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after your order ships, since the first scan only registers once the carrier picks up the package. If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, contact us at contact@calsynandsons.com and we’ll look into it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with PayPal , through our secure checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Returns & Order Support
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full Return Policy page for details and instructions.
Do you also offer carpet cleaning services?
Yes. In addition to our online shop, Calsyn & Sons has provided professional carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning to the Quad Cities area since 1983. To schedule a cleaning service, call us directly at 309-755-0763 — cleaning services are booked separately from online product orders.
